Delivery Information
Delivery of product:
ADVANCE TEQ COMPUTER SOLUTIONS currently offer services only in Tri-city, Panchkula (Haryana), Chandigarh & Mohali (Punjab). We offer two modes of delivery for purchases made on www.atcsindia.com
On Road Delivery:
On road delivery shall be applicable only on orders of Rs 1500 & above. Please note that for all on road deliveries ADVANCE TEQ COMPUTER SOLUTIONS will charge a delivery fee. This delivery fee may vary depending on place/time of delivery and will be added to the billed amount at the time of delivery and has to be paid in cash. We reserve the right to deny delivery in any area.
Customer Pick Up from Store:
Customers can collect their orders from ADVANCE TEQ COMPUTER SOLUTIONS as per their convenience. There are no additional charges for collecting the orders from ADVANCE TEQ COMPUTER SOLUTIONS.
Tentative Time for Delivery or Pick-up
The typical time that is required to process order is within 24 hours from receiving the order online. The typical time we process to deliver is within 72 hours. Please note all items (including gifts) will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price. There is no guaranteed dispatch time and any information about the dispatch time is estimate only and should not be relied upon as such. Therefore, time is not the essence of the bi-partite contract between the Customer and ADVANCE TEQ COMPUTER SOLUTIONS for purchase and sale of Product through the Website.
If you believe that the products you ordered are not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, please refuse to take delivery of the package. In case you find an issue with the product after accepting delivery, you may return the said product at our store ADVANCE TEQ COMPUTER SOLUTIONS and seek recourse as per the terms of refund policy.
ADVANCE TEQ COMPUTER SOLUTIONS will make its best efforts to service all customer orders accurately and on time. However, if in certain pressing situations (including force majeure), we are unable to fulfil an order we will not recompense the customer for the delay or the non-delivery of the orders.
